I Highly Recommend Power Watch
I have owned the same Power Watch generator for over 20 years. They offer an affordable annual service contract, which helps with routine maintenance including code resets, oil, and spark plugs. I have had to replace the battery several times because without a battery, like a car, nothing works!

Fantastic service!
Fantastic service! Their techs are very knowledgeable. The only downside I would say is they were at our house the other day and the power wasn’t coming back on. Everything was under warranty except for a fuse that had blown, so I was charged for the fuse and a prorated per hour rate. That seems petty when it only took them five minutes to flip it out.

Thanks to Power Watch, our generator is 12 years old and we never had any problems with it. We have two sump pumps, and when the power fails our Generac saves our finished basement and keeps it dry.

Power Watch Systems (PWS) have provided great and timely service. Having the whole house generator is amazing, especially in a place where the power goes out often. I bought the home with the Generac system installed, but it works every time. I would certainly recommend PWS to anyone looking to install this system. I only give 4 stars as I haven't been able to get a good explanation about a specific component in my basement.

He replaced some fuses and explained it all to us as we went, which was great.
